Rockefeller Center Wedding Welcome Party

We had the ultimate honor of transforming a historic rooftop garden overlooking Fifth Avenue into a very festive affair with our favorite lawn and table games tucked around every corner.

The phenomenal women of Erganic Design dreamed up this event for Eva & Marcus Welch’s wedding welcome party at 620 Loft & Garden, sister venue to the Rainbow Room, at Rockefeller Center. With the iconic spires of St. Patrick’s Cathedral as a backdrop and the city gently buzzing below, 620 Loft & Garden provided an unexpected sense of serenity in the beating heart of NYC.

“The games were such a hit! People were playing all night up until the end. Can’t wait to do this again!!”

SOJOURNER AUGUSTE, FOUNDER OF ERGANIC DESIGN, NYC EVENT PRODUCTION COMPANY

Eva and Marcus reserved a custom Game Rental Package #3. This included their selection of our signature table games Arches, Ricochet, Discgo, Four Ball Billiards, and Gruyere, as well as multiple Tipsy Timbers (aka giant Jenga), 2 sets of Cornhole (hands-down our most popular game!) with accompanying Drink Tables, and Giant Chess. All the games were played non-stop, all night long!

Their all-inclusive package also included: white-glove delivery to 620 Loft & Garden in Rockefeller Center; full set-up of all games before their guest arrival; instruction cards for most games; two attendants present during their gaming hours to reset the games as they’re played, answer guests’ questions, and offer playing tips; additional gaming hours; and complete breakdown at the end of their wedding welcome party.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVA & MARCUS WELCH!!

Bea Rue

Freelance Web & Graphic Designer

Recently I began taking inventory of my life, recognizing the shifts I could make to lessen my personal consumption and impact. Since we spend a quarter of our lives working, that was certainly an area demanding attention. So I left retail and begin my career freelancing for small businesses whose higher purpose transcends profit.

I believe in employing my skills and energy to empower others working to create positive change in our world. I support too-swamped entrepreneurs by breathing life into their brands and websites, allowing them to focus on the important work at hand. At the same time, I get to nurture my own entrepreneurial spirit while being creative and building truly meaningful relationships throughout my community.

I strive to inform, delight and inspire by balancing content with design. I consider the details without losing sight of the big picture. I aim to see around corners while staying focused on the moment. I'm self directed but have over a decade of experience successfully working with teams. And while I've surely got bills to pay, I know it's my social responsibility to be selective about where I put my energy.
