A Game Designer’s Wedding Dream at Gather Greene
When a video game developer gets married, obviously she includes games at her wedding. But not the kind of games you might imagine— none that plug into an outlet or include flashing screens and sound effects. No no. Instead she opts for beautifully handcrafted, old school wooden games that are as elegant and fun as her happy day.
We were so very honored to play our part in Nicole and Kwame’s wedding at Gather Greene in Coxsackie, NY. Planned by the meticulous and big-hearted Paula Smith of Your Event, no detail was spared. Best of all, the couple’s personalities shone brightly through every element of the day.

This very fun couple reserved our Game Rental Package #3 with their favorite games: Gruyere, Tipsy Timbers (aka giant Jenga), Bocce Ball, 2 sets of Cornhole with accompanying Drink Tables, Arches, Giant Connect Four, Croquet and Ricochet.
Our game rental packages are all-inclusive so our couples don’t have to lift a finger on their big day. Packages include:
White-glove delivery
Full set-up of the games / rental items before the event begins
Instruction cards for most games
A well-dressed attendant present during the event to reset the games as they are played, answer guests’ questions, and offer playing tips
Complete breakdown and cart-away of all rentals at the end of the gaming hours
