Tucked away in Flushing lies the 39-acre Queens Botanical Garden. Expertly tended by their in-house horticulturalists, the grounds burst with the brilliant palette of changing seasons, making it a picturesque setting throughout the year.

Cynthia & Richard opted for an early summer ceremony in the Wedding Garden— an intimate setting framed by flowering plants, wood bridges, a gazebo, and a darling white picket fence. The scene wouldn’t be complete without bubble makers to see the couple off! It truly felt like the funnest fairytale wedding, and the absolute perfect setting for our lawn games. We were honored to play our little part for this lovely couple who know how to throw a party!

Cynthia and Richard reserved a custom Rental Package #2 with 2 sets of Cornhole, 2 Drink Tables to accompany Cornhole, Tipsy Timbers (aka giant Jenga), Giant Connect Four, Gruyere (maybe our most popular game!), Arches, DiscGo, our Giant Chess Set and the Chess Lounge. They also had an attendant present during cocktail hour and the reception to reset the games as they were played, answer their guests’ questions, offer playing tips and tricks, and keep the gaming area clean.

Recently I began taking inventory of my life, recognizing the shifts I could make to lessen my personal consumption and impact. Since we spend a quarter of our lives working, that was certainly an area demanding attention. So I left retail and begin my career freelancing for small businesses whose higher purpose transcends profit.

I believe in employing my skills and energy to empower others working to create positive change in our world. I support too-swamped entrepreneurs by breathing life into their brands and websites, allowing them to focus on the important work at hand. At the same time, I get to nurture my own entrepreneurial spirit while being creative and building truly meaningful relationships throughout my community.

I strive to inform, delight and inspire by balancing content with design. I consider the details without losing sight of the big picture. I aim to see around corners while staying focused on the moment. I'm self directed but have over a decade of experience successfully working with teams. And while I've surely got bills to pay, I know it's my social responsibility to be selective about where I put my energy.
